I purchased this printer in December, 2011 and replaced it with an XP970 printer in February 2024. The printer was used extensively for printing photos, flowcharts and plain text for 3 users. The printer never failed or required service attention until February 2024 when the ink pad reached its end of life. After 12 years of extensive service I made the commercial decision to upgrade to the XP970 rather than have this one serviced and repaired.
I am now on my 3rd EPSON printer.
