After 12 months of low volume use, the plastic screen on the automatic document feed has become scratched so that there is a line on every scan. It is not possible to replace the plastic screen without going to a service centre and paying to replace the entire ADF plus a labour charge, equal to about half the cost of the product. Scanner now useless after 12 months!
