2nd unit to fail

My first WF series printer failed to an error code that could not be fixed.
Was replaced under warranty with a WF-7710. Now the new one has a blocked print head that just will not clear and I need to use it now whilst working from home.
I have tried and tried to clear it, replaced the cartridges but still nothing. IT MIGHT BE A FEW YEARS OLD BUT THIS UNIT HAS PRINTED LESS THAN 50 PAGES, IT'S LIKE NEW!
I have owned Epson printers in the past, but would think twice about them now that I need to go and purchase a replacement for home and our offices.
