The rigmarole you have to go through setting it up and getting it going is nothing short of cruel. Why do I have to register it with you, why is it your business? Why do you need to know the retailer I bought it from? Why do you need to know the date I bought it? And as for getting the driver going, it is nothing short of disgusting. I have spent half a day trying to answer all your stupid, irrelevant questions and don't even ask about your FAQ"S. How is anyone supposed to find one answer from the hundreds of answers? It might suit you to know all the personal questions but it doesn't suit the average Joe Blow. I know you will not give a second thought about what I have just written but at least I told you. Believe it or not, but you are not the center of the universe, we, your customers are.
