This printer worked perfectly with my old Dell Vostro with Windows 7 with screen icons making it very user friendly and before printing or scanning it asked for particulars such as colour or greyscale, etc. most of which could be stored as a default. My new laptop is a Windows 11 and Epson setup failed and referred me to Microsoft for doing the setup. This did not accept the Epson printer saying it was not recognised by Windows 11 and would not connect through the wi-fi. So, It sort-of works now but I had to accept my own workarounds and it does not let me set settings such as Scan quality or have the ability to see what is printing, etc. I'm not sure if this is a MS or Epson issue, but its most annoying!
