Waste a lot of time trying to get the thing to work

I brought this scanner to digitise my office documents. It never seems able to connect to the computer and seems more geared to connect to the phone which it will do perfectly. But I dont want to save multi page documents into my phone. When I do get it to scan to the PC the result is very poor quality and useless to me. Epsom help pages provide very little assistance. I have even tried to scan to an externa hard drive which is apparently incompatible. Dont waste your money on this, Find another option.
