Paper Feed Failure

Unit (Expression Home XP-4105) purchased Feb. 2020 for home use. Paper feeder started failing around June 2022. Tried since then to rectify using guidelines from Epson, but unsuccessful.
Considering the unit has minimal use, I consider this failure to be unacceptable.
I have been an Epson user for almost 20 years and never had any problems with previous units.
I have tried to source a new feeder pickup/roller unit but have to date been unsuccessful.

Yes, I recommend this product.
Just upgraded from another Epson. This product has not dissappointed. Great features, easy to use.

I have used Epson products for over 15 years and have always found it very hard to justify a move away. Especially for the domestic market. Great value, reliable products and easy to use.
