Purchased the FF-680W for archiving old photos. I have over 2500 photos to go through. The scanner was nicely packed in the box. Setup as per instructions and found it an easy process. Connection via WiFi was easy. Scanned my first 20 photos and started with the 600dpi and took 1 min, rate as per specification. I have decided to do my archiving at 1200dpi and it took about 2 minutes for them to scan. With the auto feeder I'm not worried about the time it will take for the better image quality. So far I am really happy.
