brought from kayell in artarmon, great service, the product though, is difficult so far, the power pins in the back are difficult to insert between the top and bottom section, im fearful of bending the power pins, the connecting usb cord is really short, there is no warning on the locks on the machine when turning on, the machine was going clunk clunk clunk until i unlocked it....the product is expensive, epson is not making any more chips for processing this, it is expensive at $1600, and registration is like an interrogation, there is no offline installer package for the software, you have to auto connect, i feel like i brought a product and so far im a slave to it and i have not even used the product, i hope it improves when i finally get to use the product....so far it is "awkward to set up" - it doesnt come with a full copy of silverfast, only an SE edition....wish i could write a follow up review after i have scanned it to tell the difference
